Terms of Service

1. Bookings & Payments

For all tours and services, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

The balance is due 30 days before your tour date.

Bookings made within 30 days of your tour require full payment at the time of booking.

Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

2.1 Shared Signature Tours

Cancel more than 7 days in advance: partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.

Cancel within 7 days: refunds not guaranteed.

Cancel within 24 hours: no refunds.

2.2 Private Signature Tours & Custom Services

Cancel more than 14 days in advance: balance refunded minus the deposit.

Cancel 14-30 days in advance: partial refund at our discretion.

Cancel within 14 days: refunds not guaranteed.

We always aim to treat our guests fairly and sympathetically. All refunds are at our discretion.

2.3 Extraordinary Circumstances

In events such as severe weather, public health emergencies, or other factors outside our control, we will handle cancellations with flexibility. Refunds or rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

3. Liability & Insurance

We are fully licensed and insured in accordance with UK regulations. However, we cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings, injury, loss, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

We strongly recommend you take out appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, curtailment, theft, loss, injury, or illness.

4. Service Changes & Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur as a result.

5. General Terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to amend these terms as needed.
