Bath Newseum Spotlights In & Beyond Bath’s Jane Austen Tours for 250th Anniversary

We were recently interviewed by Bath Newseum as part of the city’s Jane Austen 250th anniversary celebrations. Founder Jules Mittra shared how Austen’s time in Bath continues to inspire our tours and the visitors who join them.

In early April 2025, In & Beyond Bath had the pleasure of participating in a Visit West media event at the Guildhall Bath, celebrating Jane Austen’s 250th anniversary. Bath Newseum featured our founder, Jules Mittra, in their recent piece titled Everything Jane, where he shared his insights on Jane Austen’s deep connection to Bath and how her experiences in the city shaped her works.

Jules shared fascinating insights during the interview:
